Is this Coaching or Consulting?
It’s neither in the traditional sense.
I help you see what’s actually going on in your business, name what’s being avoided and make the decisions that have been sitting unresolved. Then we turn those decisions into action with your team, so they don’t quietly dissolve once the conversation is over.
How long does it take?
That depends on the scope of the work and, frankly, how quickly you’re willing to act.
Most clients work with me for at least three months to see a real, sustained difference. That allows enough time to move from clarity into implementation and to see whether decisions are actually changing how the business runs. Faster insight is possible. Lasting change requires follow-through.
What if my team is the problem?
Then we’ll see that quickly.
Sometimes it’s a capability issue. Sometimes it’s a role fit issue. Sometimes it’s a leadership or clarity issue.
Avoiding the question keeps all of those problems alive. Dealing with it properly creates movement, even when the decision is uncomfortable.
What if I don't have the time for this right now?
Then the business will continue to take time from you anyway, just in less intentional ways. The question isn’t whether this takes time.
It’s whether you keep spending time managing the consequences of avoided decisions.
